Digital products (The Echo, The Aligned)
Our digital keepsakes are hand-composed and delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 48–72 hours of purchase. As these are digital, no physical shipping applies. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder. If you have not received your keepsake within 5 business days, contact us at [support email].
Physical product (The Jade Seal 玉印)
Each Jade Seal is hand-carved to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for crafting, plus additional transit time depending on your location. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Processing vs. delivery
"Processing time" (crafting) and "delivery time" (transit) are separate. Total time = processing + shipping.
International shipping, customs & duties
We ship internationally. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.
Shipping times & carrier delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Where tracking is available, it will be provided. For parcels lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@hanmingstudio.com and we will assist in good faith, subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.
Failed delivery / returned parcels
Parcels returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded less shipping and non-recoverable costs.
